PRP / PRF Rejuvenation Therapy

PRP / PRF Rejuvenation Therapy

Regenerative Aesthetics for Skin & Hair Restoration

PRP and PRF are advanced autologous regenerative treatments that use your body’s own platelets and growth factors to restore skin vitality and stimulate tissue repair at a deep biological level. Unlike fillers that simply add volume, PRP/PRF improves the quality, structure, and function of the skin itself, creating results that are subtle, natural, and progressively more refined over time.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) delivers a concentrated burst of growth factors for rapid stimulation, while PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a more advanced formulation that releases growth factors slowly over time, allowing for extended collagen signaling and longer-lasting regenerative effects.

Ideal candidate profile

This treatment is best suited for individuals experiencing early signs of aging, loss of skin radiance, thinning under-eye tissue, fine lines, or mild skin laxity. It is also highly effective for clients experiencing diffuse hair thinning due to stress, hormonal changes, or early androgenic alopecia. Patients seeking a natural, non-synthetic approach to rejuvenation are ideal candidates.

Clinical process

A small venous blood draw is performed and processed in a centrifuge to isolate platelet-rich plasma or fibrin. The concentrated growth factor serum is then strategically injected into targeted facial zones or the scalp. Treatment is precise, controlled, and performed in a sterile medical setting.

Biological mechanism of action

Once introduced into the tissue, platelets release growth factors such as PDGF, TGF-β, and VEGF, which stimulate fibroblast activity, increase collagen synthesis, improve microcirculation, and accelerate cellular turnover. This leads to structural strengthening of the dermis over time.

Results timeline

  • 1–2 weeks: early glow and improved hydration
  • 4–6 weeks: collagen activation and texture refinement
  • 8–12 weeks: visible firmness and structural improvement
  • Hair restoration: progressive improvement over 3–6 months

Aftercare protocol

Patients should avoid alcohol, NSAIDs, heat exposure, and strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours. Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising may occur and typically resolves within a few days. Proper hydration and SPF use significantly enhance results.

Advanced combinations

  • PRF + under-eye rejuvenation protocols
  • PRP + microneedling (Vampire Facial)
  • PRP scalp + exosome support therapy
